VoxBridge Privacy
VoxBridge is built for private, real-time translation. This page explains what information may be processed when the app translates speech and how that information is handled.

VoxBridge provides real-time language translation between two people. It is designed to help conversations move more naturally, including situations where users may share AirPods or other audio devices during a conversation.
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, how information may be handled when you use the app.
VoxBridge processes spoken audio only as needed to provide translation features inside the app.
Conversations are not stored or retained by default unless the app clearly tells you otherwise at the time a specific feature is used.
If speech recognition or translation is provided through third-party service providers, those services may briefly process audio or transcription data on our behalf to return the translation result. We use those services only as needed to operate the app.
We may collect limited technical and app usage information needed to keep VoxBridge reliable, secure, and improving over time.
This may include things like device type, app version, crash reports, performance data, and basic usage events.
We collect this kind of information for reliability, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not collect more personal information than is reasonably needed for those purposes.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information with third parties except when it is necessary to operate, secure, support, or improve VoxBridge.
That may include providers that help with speech recognition, language translation, analytics, hosting, cloud infrastructure, error monitoring, or similar operational services. Those providers are expected to handle data only for the services they perform for us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled through VoxBridge.
No system can promise absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to information to what is necessary for the app to function and be supported.
VoxBridge is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as VoxBridge changes or as legal and operational requirements evolve.
When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
